The small boat harbor in Valdez has shops and restuarants for locals and tourists. You can also arrange for a sea kayak trip, renting a skiff, or hiring a charter boat for whale watching or fishing. Of course, you can also get a ticket for a Glacier cruise. The two most known are Stan Stephens and the LuLu Belle. Each of these trips are well worth it. On a sunny calm day there is no place like Prince William Sound.
