I would definitely take the Walking tour of “Historic Homes of Old Valdez”.\u00a0 It’s a little known fact that after the earthquake of 1964, the ground was no longer stable for houses.\u00a0 Many of the houses were abandoned.\u00a0 But a few old sourdoughs moved their houses to ‘New Town’ – where you can still see them today!<\/p>\n
