Let's suppose you are a group of four wanting to go on a Fishing trip in Prince William Sound:

Itinerary:

Day one: Fly to Valdez, book into BandB - one night rest and sightseeing around Valdez - Museum, hike dock point, visit the salmon viewing stream, walk the park strip.

Day two: Full day of fishing in Prince William Sound. Halibut, King Salmon or Silver salmon

Day Three: half day of Fishing and return for the evening flight back to Anchorage. Fly out on Evening flight.
