  • elevation coherency above 10,000 yet to be determined.
  • Avalanche and crevasse rescue savvy, Wilderness First Responder current,
  • summer glacier travel and ice climbing.

I consider myself and endurance athlete; I skied my first 50K race in March, run mountain marathons in the summer, race mountain bikes, sea kayak guide in the Prince William Sound, Personality glitch: commonly known to be the first to jump into sub cold temp. water and swim till my lips are blue- regardless of dare.

My training program for this mountain is mini chocolate donuts, an overly zealous attitude to play hard, daily breath ceasing laughter, thumbing through the American Alpine Journals, and medical journals on alpine mountain sickness, and sleeping with the windows open.

The hardest part will be training myself to be an early morning person, and to keep out of my team member’s chocolate stash.
